Team document
- Work Plan (20%): Existing-document synthesis, SWOT, methodology, work plan, visual system, and place-reading evidence.
- Working Introduction and Document Architecture (40%): Working introduction, document structure, diagnosis, assembled evidence, and identified skills and assets.
- First Substantive Draft (60%): Substantive text, alternatives, preferred direction, feasibility or economic analysis, and draft graphics.
- Staff Review Draft (80%): A complete staff-review draft with placed graphics, implementation steps, and a revision log.
- Final Product (100%): Client-ready product, supporting files, limitations, and next steps. Final presentation is also due and worth 5%.
